I attended my aunty Anna's baby daughter, HuiEn's, 1mth(MAN YUE) on sunday. There were lots of fun and laughter. And surprisingly my MIA uncle joined in as well. This uncle of mine is always MIA when such event comes like gathering or dinner. Not becoz he is anti social( a bit though) but becoz since I was small he always protrait himself as a very stern uncle, lecturing cum beating us when we do something wrong. So he wanted to be seen to others as tough and feelingless. But everyone knew him too well to be that. He always appear as unfriendly and has a bad temper. The rest of my uncles and aunty is very afraid of him, including my father who is his elder brother.hahaha. In fact he is a very caring and fillial son deep inside. He is just full of respect when it comes to my Ah ma. A good brother who always lend his hand to his brothers when they're in need.

It good to see some catalysts in such an events to boost the ambience to a higher level. My cousins and Anna will always attempt to play some games to get everybody engaged. Aunty Anna is always the leader of the pack since as i was a kid. What is a happy event when there aren't laughters and fun? Drinking and cards is the most common games during these ocassions. And its important that everyone are sporting in these games. Seeing my smaller cousins who now get to the right age to play these "games" makes me realise how much we all have grown up already. Haizz...old liao.

ME: Why? just a little tipsy.
Anna: Irene took an MC today and Sheryl is drunk lor
ME: Hmm.... actually yesterday drinks are not enuff to dunk me.
Anna: Rubbish....

Yeah.. i inherit my mum's drinking gene... Blah.. My mum dont drink anymore. In fact my whole family dont drink(including me haha..) I am really not a drinker, maybe 5 times a year or less???.. but somehow my tummy can just fill in liquor like plain water.
