This afternoon i was pissed off by one the users in my school. This is not really a good place to say such things coz i know some students know this blog. I not going to mention any names anyway. I've worked in IT support for a few years. And i dare to say that if a user had a problem on his/her system, he/she will continue have problem with the system. And usually when the system start "growing" more problems, it becomes a user problem and not the system.

I'm not one that get pissed off easily from problematic users coz i know life can be tough for an person who is not IT-trained. I always like to put myself in a their perspective so that i can understand what they have been thru. But today, it looked like i've been taken for a ride after helping this person so much. I hate ppl who do "xiao dong zhou" aka "little actions" to send a false message across in hope to creating a bad impression of others. We are all adults and we can see who is right who is wrong.

Don't you think its very sad when u gotto put on a mask to work everyday. Working with someone closely and both of you are talking terms just becoz of work And deep inside you, you just can't wait to get rid of the other? Luckily this doesn't happen to me, but i can't stand the sight of it either.

Someone told me today, why i never learn the lesson and keep helping this person. Having said so much about this person, deep in my heart i know i haven't giving up hope on this person yet. Not yet, not when I find out the truth.
