Aunty Vs Aunty

This morning me and YC went over to canteen to buy some kopissss for my colleagues. We were caught between a small arguement between two aunties. Stallholder Auntie, i called her A, and Cleaner Auntie, i called her B.

I had ordered quite a few packets of kopisss so A was busy packing for me. A is in her fourties. Here comes B in her sixties wanting to buy a Pau from A. Both speaking in Chinese.

B: I want this Ba Pau. (she pointed to the cabinet of Paus)

A: You come and take yourself. ( she points to the cabinet's door. Its kinda bad service coz she sounds rather rude).

B: Which is Ba Pau? this one or this one, or this one. ( she was pointing around)

A: The top one.

B: How much?

A: 90cents.

B: But that time got an aunty told me she bought from you 80c only.

A: .....(she appear uneasy liao) You can take the smaller one then, only 50c. (sounds a bit sacastic)

B opened the cabinet, took the smaller one out, but sway sway the pau fell on the floor. I don't think she did it on purpose. She picked it up and wanted to put it back to the cabinet.

A: Don't put inside please, nobody will buy. (B put it on the counter.)

B: hmm.. i think i like Cai(veg) pau better. ( she took a cai pau out from cabinet and it is very obvious that she wanted to ignore the dirty pau issue). How much huh?

A: Total 90 cents including the BA Pau u just dropped. (40c + 50c)

B: But how can you ask me to buy something which is dirty? (A kept quiet and carrying on with the packing)

A: This one is dirty so nobody will buy this pau then.

B: Ok lor, I'll buy it if you sell me 10c less for the dirty Ba pau.

A: ...............................

B: want or not? she took out $2 notes.

A: Can't you see there is a long queue here? please queue up.

At this time I was leaving. In my mind I thought its not right to ask people to buy dirty pau even though a customer had dropped it. And is good that she offer to buy it from her liao. My guess is this stallholder had encountered with this aunty before liao .. so she aga aga know what the cleaner is up to.

Hmm... who is right then?
