JB food fiesta

Yesterday, I took a day off to go for a trip to JB. My veri first trip there together with heng, au and ks. They got jio me a couple of times liao but i was either busy with work or with my studies.

Each of us fork out RM50 and got au to be the CFO. He was in charge of all the misc payment like taxi and food.

12pm. Start off the food battle at Taman sentosa. Had a "bak ku tei" there. Total RM50 for four.

12.45pm.Then went on a few shops away to eat "Zhi Bao Ji" aka paper-wrapped chicken. RM35.

1.30pm. Took a cab to Jusco, one of the biggest shopping mall. Bigger than City Square.

1.45pm. Bought 4 movie tickets Poseidon which start at 2.50pm. RM40.

2.15pm. Bought some Gelato icecream . Some kinda Italian icecream lah. RM20.

3-5pm. Watched Poseidon. not really nice show lah. a bit of excitement lor. Plot very normal. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

5.30 pm. Had some Donkies donuts. RM10.

6pm. Reached City square. Then went shop around, play acarade, etc.

8pm. Stopped by at the Secret Recipes for a Teabreak. RM36.

8.30pm. Ready for our final finale food challenge. We were already full but we still want to make this trip worthwhile. We chiong to nearby backalley "foodcourt" as recommended by cow. Kick off the finale with one juicy hot chicken drumstick each. Then shared 2 really hugh spicy stingray, 2 medium size "Hao jian"and 1 plate of "cao guo tiao". And finally finished it off with the sugar cane juice. RM70.

9.30pm. We were so full by then, everyone could hardly walk. But we thought we can't just let the day off easily. So, we ended with an overnight mahjong at cow's house.

Was an enjoyable food fiesta outing at JB. Total "loss" of RM90 for each of us.
