"How to write a Job Description"

Today just attended a talk on the "How to write a Job Description".

Funny right, got this kinda talk. Bobian NTU now privatised liao these boliao course are created to evaluate the staffs. I was full of energy and zeal before the talk. Started at 2.30pm but i was late as usual.

This talk was conducted by our HR Deputy Director and most of the attendees are a aunties and uncles in 35-40ish. Well i am close to the uncle stage though . heh.

Sadly, I can't feel any "life" from these people. They look so tired and restless. I can't see a goal in their eyes.

I'm just afraid one of these days i will be like them. Work just for the sake of $. Detest coming to work but bobian coz got family to support. Hate boss but have to smile at them. Just like a corpse coming to work.

I got nothing against them. I've gonna say that these people from the educational side are the nicest bunch of ppl i have worked with. Most of them are extremely helpful at least those that i've met.

Is this what that is going to happen if you have a family to support? I rather no have one then. I am only into third year of my working life...
