Trans Fat or Saturated Fat.

TMD... ever since i see this health advert in last Sunday Times i am becoming a little more self conscience. I don't know much about fats lah.... but seeing this does make me a little scare liao.

Saturated FAT- increase bad cholestrol (cannot believe i got this spelling correctly first time in my life without any dictionary) and increase the chance of heart disease.
Ok... if you think this is bad enuff.. you must look at Trans FAT

Trans FAT - increase bad cholestrol AND DECREASE good cholestrol. My gosh.. knn this one is the worse of the worse sia. and also increase the chance of heart disease.

And the worse part is that trans fat comes from pastry etc... walau.. been eating that like crazy since young. Poulty fat(chicken with skin) is one of the worse also plus french fries... ALL my fav sia.....

Today i was at IMM with Hwee and Xiuyun. They are getting some mattress for their new home while i was at Giant doing my shopping. I was very careful when picking bread and stuff.. must make sure as little trans fat and saturated fat as possible. But well when i go to tibits section.. i bochup just take those that i like hahaha.

My bro keep hinting me to get him something for his home. Since the beginning of this year.. he been hinting me to get him some housing applicances liao. Now they already got all the stuffs liao.. leaving one of the most expensive one not yet bought. TELEVSION. He was eyeing one 37" LCD or Plasma. Probably ard 2k.

My mum had been nagging at me and siong to get him something for his new home. LOL... Our brothers relationship is very funny one. We know we will get him something, but we just refused to open up our mouth to promise. Come on.. a brother getting married, what is a TV to us? I think giving him an big angpow is more practical lor...

I really think my bro is one hell of a lucky chap even though his career hasn't been a smooth sailing. He got a fantastic wife, xiuyun whom i think is one of the best gal i ever met. And both of them are vegetarian.. so compaitable lor. They got a wonderful home at commonwealth with is near my home as well. Not just that, the amenities there are very good as well. And i suppose the valuation had gone up by at least 50k even before they live in.

All I hope is his career will improve when he gets his degree this year end..
